Hatch named in prestigious list of Chile’s Best Companies for Interns
Santiago, Chile — Hatch has been named one of Chile’s Best Companies for Interns in an annual study carried out for FirstJob, a leader in young professional employment in South America.
Each year, our Santiago office welcomes 20 to 40 students as part of the professional internship program, which lasts from two to four months. Interns have a chance to work with different sectors of the company and complete this important stage in their academic training.
More than 3,000 young professionals, belonging to 67 companies, participated in the measurement of the Best Companies for Interns in Chile, carried out by the FirstJob. The final list of companies was and based on the opinions of interns who worked at the employers between January and August of this year. Interns evaluated their companies in the dimensions of workplace environment, learning and development, tutor support, and work team.
