Procurement Portal Secure Login Method Setup
You will receive or have already received an email from either:
ShareCenter Notifications notifications@mail.hatcheim.com
OR
Microsoft Invitation on behalf of Hatch invites@microsoft.com
Pre-Requisites
- Internet connectivity*
- Internet browser: preferably Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome
- Mobile phone: Android or iOS
*Assumes your company IT configuration does not block or inhibit access to Hatch ShareCenter/HatchEIM). “HatchEIM” refers to the branded name of Hatch’s corporate Microsoft Entra ID environment or identity login process.
Step 1
Step 1: Accept the email invitation
- Click “Accept Invitation”
- Follow browser dialogs per the following slides

Proceed through the on-screen prompts shown in your browser.
Step 2-B

Continue following the prompts until you are asked to set up authentication.
Step 3-A
Step 3-A: Install and setup the Authenticator app
Install an authenticator app on your mobile device and complete the initial setup.
*Microsoft Authenticator is preferred, but others such as Authy, Duo Mobile, or LastPass Authenticator may also be used.
Step 3-B
Step 3-B: Finalize setup
Complete the remaining prompts until your sign‑in method is verified.
Step 4
Step 4: Access Supplier Portal
- After entering your one-time pass code, open the Hatch Procurement Portal at https://gpi.hatch.com/
- Save this link as a favourite
- Click the “LOGIN with OPENID” button

- Your invitation email (or screenshot)
- The step where the issue occurred
- Any error messages or screen captures
Additional security setup
You may experience issues such as:
- Unable to connect from the corporate office
- Hatch emails not arriving
This may be caused by:
- Emails landing in Junk/Spam
- Corporate filtering of messages from notifications@hatcheim.com
- Firewall/Proxy/VPN blocking:
hatcheim.sharepoint.com*.hatcheim.com
