Information for Suppliers
Thank you for your interest in working with Hatch as a supplier or provider. We have a two-step process to successfully get you quoting on work.
Step 1: Register your Company
NOTE: If you have received an invitation to bid this means your company is already registered and should proceed to “Step 2: Manage your bids”
You may know that Hatch works with hundreds of companies and organizations all over the world. It takes a lot of coordination to manage these relationships properly and respectfully.
To take the first step and potentially become part of the Hatch network, start by contacting us at gpisupport@hatch.com.
Step 2: Manage your bids
Once approved for a project, you may receive a letter of invitation to bid. If you have difficulties logging into the iPasMP portal inform the company representative and if needed email iPasMPSupport@hatch.com (include a project reference i.e. H123456-PM001). Any additional support will be provided or coordinated by the company representative. Do not expect immediate response from iPasMP support turn around on requests may take 1 to 2 working days.

Follow steps to register your bid or decline participation.
Master navigation and enter pricing efficiently.
Steps for importing pricing directly from Excel templates.
How to submit requests for clarifications or additional info.
Adding alternates and handling split items properly.
Account for freight, taxes, and other cost components.
Upload and manage required bid documents.
Respond to inquiry questions with accurate details.
Finalize, validate, and submit your bid for review.
Our Code of Conduct
Hatch employees behave in accordance with the principles stated in our Code of Conduct. We expect that our contractors, suppliers, joint venture partners, subcontractors, and vendors who work with us act in a manner consistent with these principles. At the same time, when we work with our clients and partners, we respect and comply with their codes of conduct. If there is an inconsistency between codes, the most stringent will apply.
