Hatch announces winners of fifth annual Positive Change Awards
Program recognizes employees committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Global engineering, project management, and professional services firm, Hatch, is excited to announce the winners of the fifth annual Positive Change Awards. This internal program recognizes individuals who have significantly contributed to our journey toward becoming a fully diverse and inclusive company. Through their inclusive mindset and dedication, they enhance collaboration, promote equity, and make our workplace more successful and innovative.
The Inspirational Woman category honors employees who identify as women and are trailblazers in fostering an inclusive environment and community for all. These inspiring individuals lead by example, championing diversity and inclusion every step of the way.
The Inspirational Ally category celebrates employees who, while not identifying as women, passionately support, sponsor, and mentor their female colleagues. These allies are true advocates for positive change within the organization. Winners were selected from each of Hatch's seven regions worldwide, showcasing the global impact of their efforts.
Last year, we added a third award to the program: the Diverse and Inclusive Design Award. This award recognizes a project that has created an innovative and inclusive solution using our D&I Design Principles to increase productivity and improve performance of an asset or final design. One award will be given globally.
