Demonstrating our commitment to sustainability with ISO 14001:2015 re-certification
Toronto, Canada—Hatch is pleased to announce that the company has retained International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001:2015 certification for 2020-2023 for its Mississauga offices.
Hatch’s auditor, SAI Global, noted that Hatch continues to demonstrate advanced Environmental Management Systems (EMS) practices with key strengths including:
· the Sustainability Policy which "is excellent in how it addresses Hatch issues, beginning with our vision and ending with accountability and responsibility"
· efforts by project managers to employ sustainability, due diligence, and risk identification on projects
· implementation of remote project and auditing techniques
· The HEMS Manual which is "an excellent overview of the interaction of issues, interested parties, environmental conditions and risks and opportunities, and planned actions"
ISO 14001:2015 re-certification confirms that Hatch’s approach to sustainable business practices, the implementation of proactive initiatives to prevent pollution and to protect the environment from harm, and the company’s commitment to continual improvement is effective.

The ISO 14001:2015 certification is just the latest testament to Hatch’s commitment to sustainability. Hatch has previously committed to supporting the United Nations' Global Compact Sustainable Development Goals and has declared our Statement on Climate Change.
