Global director presents on controlling costs before they overrun 

In a tough market controlling costs is imperative. You need to know that your facility will ramp up to expected production and that along the way your project will stay on budget and on schedule as it’s built or upgraded.

Les McMullan is Hatch’s global director of project controls and a leader in successful major project delivery. At the Authority for Total Cost Management (AACE’s) meeting this June, Les will speak on proactively forecasting and controlling costs and schedule outcomes before overruns happen.
