- In order to maximize the project's return on investment, the client established an extremely short project schedule.
- The project involved construction within an operating plant.
- The location presented challenges regarding the importation of equipment, materials, and skilled labor.
Solutions
- Completed detailed engineering and procured equipment. Also provided construction-support services, such as field engineering and cost/progress reporting.
- Employed and constructed major new process equipment and facilities, including new high-grade pregnant leach-solution clarifier; four new solvent-extraction mixer-settlers; new electrowinning tankhouse; and an upgraded reagent processing and distribution system.
