Hatch was awarded the "Coup de cœur", Mobilization prize at Centraide of Greater Montreal’s Solidaires Awards ceremony held on February 5th.

Centraide’s Solidaires Awards honor the leadership and social commitment of companies, organizations and unions that support Centraide of Greater Montreal during its fund-raising campaign.

Hatch was recognized for its campaign committee’s good organizational skills, the vast network of ambassadors it recruited, and for continuously surpassing its goals from one year to the next. The campaign’s organizing committee, consisting of seven people, successfully recruited 56 ambassadors, i.e. a ratio of one ambassador for every 15 employees.

"The special jury prize -‘Coup de cœur’ – Mobilization - was awarded to Hatch for the outstanding way in which its employees mobilized during their company’s Centraide campaignI would like to thank them for the exemplary way in which they led your company’s campaign. We are very grateful", stated Caroline Poupart, Director, Annual Campaign, Centraide of Greater Montreal.

Hatch and Centraide share many common values: sharing, inclusion, diversity, respect and leadership. It is based on these values that Hatch once again held its Rock Show to help raise funds for Centraide, under the supervision of our Hatch Montreal Managing Director, Stéphane Raymond, who, as a musician, performed in the shows these past four years.

"Centraide is an organization that brings us together and that our employees support, because it brings direct and concrete economic benefits to our city, our neighborhood and to the communities where we work. In nearly 15 years, we have raised more than $1.4million for Centraide and we will continue to do so, because the cause is perfectly in line with our own vision, which is to create positive change in our society," said Stéphane Raymond.
