Hatch recognized at the 22nd Annual Consulting Engineers of Alberta Showcase Awards
Calgary, Canada—Hatch is pleased to announce that the Calgary Green Line LRT project has been recognized at the 22nd Annual Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA) Showcase Awards.
The Green Line LRT—Calgary’s largest-ever infrastructure project—was awarded the Community Outreach and In-House Initiatives Award of Excellence. Hatch is part of an integrated project team, working closely with The City of Calgary and other sub-consultants, and partnering with Calgarians to plan and deliver an LRT line that will ultimately best meet the city’s needs. The project was awarded for its holistic planning, which is carefully considering the needs and aspirations of communities, transit users, and developers, while taking into consideration long-term city planning.

The CEA Award of Excellence is a testament to everyone’s hard work and dedication to delivering on our commitments,” said Fabiola MacIntyre, Green Line Project Director, The City of Calgary.

Since 1996, CEA has recognized excellence in consulting engineering in Alberta and throughout the world at the CEA Showcase Awards. Project awards are given for Excellence and Merit in fifteen categories.
