Hatch Shrader: Partnership will push the boundaries of technology for critical infrastructure
Houston, U.S., - Mississauga, Canada— Hatch is pleased to announce that Shrader Engineering, a Houston-based engineering and innovation firm specializing in electrical, communications, and technology systems has joined Hatch Ltd.
This strategic partnership will accelerate Hatch’s growth in the United States,” says Hatch’s CEO John Bianchini. “Shrader is a market leader in applying emerging technologies to critical infrastructure projects. Combining this expertise with Hatch’s prominence in metals, energy, and infrastructure will mean integrated, smart, and sustainable solutions for our clients.
Hatch Shrader will become Hatch’s US center for innovation in digital technologies for power, automation, controls, communication, physical and cyber security, and smart city solutions. The combined entity will remain in its current office based out of Houston, Texas, adjacent to the Microsoft Technology Center along the Energy Corridor. This centralized location will allow Hatch to strategically serve its US—and global—public and private sector clients with specialized technology solutions.
We’ve been searching for the right opportunity to leverage the synergies gained through a cross-pollination with a larger organization, and joining Hatch allows us to achieve this," says Craig Shrader, President and Managing Principal at Shrader Engineering. "Hatch’s vision, culture, and values closely mirror ours, and together we will continue to push technical boundaries, offering clients a wider array of services with an expanded geographic reach.
