Lisa France joins Hatch as Director of Natural Gas Resources, Australia-Asia
Hatch is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa France to the role of Director Natural Gas Resources, Australia–Asia. France is a former Queensland Parliamentarian and Cabinet Minister and brings a strong background in resources and infrastructure to her new role at Hatch.
Based in Hatch’s Brisbane office, France will focus on harnessing Hatch’s diverse global skills to deliver innovative solutions to the challenges facing the resources sector. Prior to joining Hatch, France was an elected member of the Queensland Parliament for the state seat of Pumicestone. During this time she was appointed as the Assistant Minister for Natural Resources and Mines (2012–2014) and then Assistant Minister for Finance, Administration and Regulatory Reform in the Treasury and Trade portfolio (2014–2015). France also served as a member of the Resources Cabinet Committee (2012–2015), where she was instrumental in addressing issues affecting resource projects and the industry.
Originally an Environmental Scientist (B. App. Sci, Southern Cross University), France’s extensive practical knowledge and professional experience will be invaluable as Hatch continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients and explore new possibilities to grow our business globally.
