What does positive change mean to you?

“Positive change means embracing challenges and collaborating to develop innovative solutions to overcome them. At Hatch, positive change is at the heart of everything we do to not only benefit our clients, but the world at large.”

How are you changing the world?

“At Hatch, we develop a multi-faceted approach to our clients' needs, and to build solutions that are safe, innovative, and sustainable. The sustainability of our environment is no longer a nice-to-have. It’s a business imperative.”

What do you think are the toughest challenges facing your clients?

“Our clients are under a lot of pressure. They are expected to respond to more stakeholders within their organization and within the broader community; finding that balance can often pose a challenge. We strive to find the best solution possible to meet stakeholder and community expectation.”

What are you most proud of?

“I’m most proud of the teams around me! We all share a common goal of creating a better world through positive change. It’s at the heart of everything we do.”

What do you like most about working at Hatch? How do you think the Hatch culture is different from other companies?

“Something that is quite particular to Hatch is the shared commitment to look beyond the obvious—challenging the status quo—to ensure we are proposing solutions that are in the best interest of our clients and stakeholders. Our flat organizational structure allows for cross-collaboration that fosters a plurality of thought and perspectives, which results in better, innovative solutions.”
