Martin Doble is the Global Managing Director of Strategy and Development, and a Member of the Board of Hatch. Martin is responsible for Hatch’s continued corporate development, including long-term corporate strategy, business risk analysis, business planning, strategic recruitment, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Hatch, Martin spent 15 years as a strategy consultant, working with business leaders and boards worldwide in developing and implementing programs of growth and change. At Hatch, Martin has also led our infrastructure, consulting, iron and steel, and regional businesses prior to taking on his current strategy and development role.
Martin holds a BSc in languages, an MPhil in politics and economics, and a DPhil in history and strategy. He has worked extensively around the world and speaks fluent German and French in addition to English.
