Why do you believe in diversity and inclusion?

I believe that diversity and inclusion is about living our Manifesto. These values are what has led me in my professional career. I am specifically passionate about the following ones:

Innovation in all that we do: Diverse teams bringing together different perspectives and experiences.

Thinking globally and acting locally: When diverse points of view are considered, decisions are more effective.

Engaging great people who make a difference: Inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and respected will lead to higher job satisfaction.

Being unconditionally honest: Organizations that embrace diversity and inclusion better reflect the communities they serve.

Living our commitments with integrity: Promoting diversity and inclusion is the right thing to do. It ensures that everyone has equal opportunities and can reach their full potential.

What do you think we need to do as individuals to improve inclusivity?

We should learn about different cultures, identities, and experiences as it will help us better understand and appreciate diversity. I encourage everyone to treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of background or identity.

It’s important to reflect on our own prejudices and work to overcome them. This can be done through self awareness and seeking diverse perspectives. We should amplify the voices of underrepresented groups by sharing their stories.

What does positive change mean to you?

Positive change means making a lasting impact that improves lives by focusing on empowerment, sustainability, inclusivity, growth, and compassion. It will create a future where equity, justice, and opportunity are accessible to all.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my team and how we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
