Our strong commitment to experiential learning and higher education will support students at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We recently donated over C$3 million to help finance the new C$11 million Gerald Hatch Centre for Engineering Experiential Learning, set to open in early 2017.

Equipped with meeting rooms, large building spaces, and shared work spaces, the Hatch Centre has been designed as a hub for the faculty’s 5,000 undergraduate engineering students. They'll use it to collaborate on projects, share ideas to foster experiential learning, and supplement work being done in the classroom. The Hatch Centre will also serve as a "living lab" to study integrated energy systems for urban use.
