Industry perspective

Abstract

I found myself thinking about how I've changed my perception of our industry over the years. That perception was first developed as an employee of a global equipment supplier, an OEM, where I spent 30-plus years. Then I spent 15 years as an independent consultant, not selling equipment as an OEM but - together with Paul Solt for many of those years - selling solutions to customers to meet their needs.
