Hatch strengthens defence practice with appointment of senior military veteran

Mississauga, Canada – Hatch, a leading Canadian engineering, project delivery, and professional services firm, today announced the appointment of Lieutenant General (Ret.) Michael Rouleau, a senior military veteran, to its Defence practice, reinforcing its commitment to delivering complex, strategically significant defence projects.

Lieutenant General (Ret.) Rouleau brings decades of leadership across operations, infrastructure, and strategic planning within the Canadian Armed Forces. His combined experience strengthens Hatch’s ability to align engineering and project delivery with emerging defence requirements.

Lieutenant General (Ret.) Rouleau offers significant capability in strategic planning and execution of major defence-wide initiatives. Over the course of a highly distinguished military career, he held senior leadership roles across Canadian Armed Forces, including in the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command. He also served as Vice Chief of the Defence Staff.
