Hatch is proud to announce a new collaboration with the Sadoway Labs Foundation (SLF) to develop novel and sustainably profitable electrochemical technologies for an increasingly electrified global industry. SLF, a nonprofit scientific research organization and center of excellence in education and mentorship is at the forefront of invention, driving radical innovation in sustainable energy storage, mobility, and manufacturing. SLF prides itself for rapid testing of bold answers to audacious questions while inventing inventors along with new technologies.

This cooperation brings together SLF’s pioneering expertise in extreme electrochemistry with Hatch’s deep industrial knowledge across the mining, metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Together, the two organizations will accelerate the creation and deployment of next-generation electrochemical technologies to transform industrial processes and reduce global emissions to air, to water, to soil, while doing so at or below legacy price points.

“At Hatch, we are always seeking opportunities to design and build practical, safe, and innovative solutions to combat climate change,” shares John Bianchini, chair and CEO. “By collaborating with Professor Donald Sadoway and his team at Sadoway Labs Foundation, we are combining efforts to reduce global carbon dependence and operationalize pathways toward a more sustainable future for all.”

This collaboration underscores Hatch’s commitment to delivering sustainability-first solutions that drive meaningful, long-term impact.
