Hatch appoints Virginia Borkoski as managing director for Transit
New York, United States— Hatch is pleased to announce the appointment of Virginia Borkoski as the new managing director for Transit. In this pivotal role, Virginia will lead this dynamic, multidisciplinary business, overseeing a team of professionals across global locations.
With a distinguished career spanning more than 35 years in both national and international public and private sector transportation infrastructure, Virginia brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Her expertise encompasses various aspects of business operations, client relationships, policy, planning, design, and successful project delivery on a global scale.
Virginia will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of Hatch's Transit business. She holds multiple licenses and certifications, including Registered Architect in the State of New York, Chartered Construction Manager in the UK, and Chartered Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Transportation Management and a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning.

In these positions, she demonstrated a commitment to innovation, customer-focused programs, client engagement, and successful project delivery.
