Hatch signs joint-venture agreement with First Pac West

Mississauga, Canada— Hatch and First Pac West are renewing their joint-venture agreement that outlines the continuing business strategy between Hatch, the largest privately-owned engineering, project management, and professional services firm in Canada, and First Pac West, a proud Canadian Indigenous -owned company that offers a unique system for workforce accommodation and a wide variety of other multi-use facilities in remote areas or areas with infrastructure challenges.

The renewed joint-venture agreement confirms the successful relationship between Hatch and First Pac West. Together, they will continue to strategically provide better solutions to enhance conditions for workforces living on the site of remote projects in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors around the world, as well as wherever communities require administrative, recreational, educational, or disaster relief facilities.

The joint venture also symbolizes both companies’ commitment to creating economic opportunities for local communities based on mutually beneficial partnerships. Hatch is proud to have on its team, ex-military personnel as site deployment specialists, who manage the joint-venture activities for Hatch, to offer their clients the matchless experience, expertise, and leadership delivered by this unique group of individuals. The CCAB is proud to support the partnership formed between a Canadian Indigenous and non- Indigenous business.
