Hatch named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2022
Mississauga, Canada —We’re excited to announce that we’ve been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2022 by Mediacorp Canada Inc. for the sixth consecutive year. Winners were announced today in a special magazine published nationally in The Globe and Mail and on Eluta.ca. This year, editors of the program focused the feature on human interaction as the glue that binds society, noting that it will help define workplaces after the pandemic. The annual national competition recognizes industry-leading companies that offer innovative HR policies and outstanding work environments for employees. Employers are selected by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers based on eight criteria, which remain consistent since the project’s inception: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial, and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and communication involvement.
