Montreal, Canada—Yesterday, Hatch received a 2021 Mercuriades award, presented by La Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ). Hatch won in the “Training and Development of the Workforce” category for our efforts in developing and training our employees. Similar to last year, the ceremony was hosted online on April 29, 2021.

Launched in 1981 by the FCCQ, Les Mercuriades have become the most prestigious business competition in Quebec. Each year, the competition celebrates innovation, ambition, entrepreneurship, and performance of companies. The winners and finalists of the competition are inspiring role models for the next generation of businesses and for the economic future of Quebec.

“This is a great honor for Hatch, in Quebec and abroad. As a connected and flat organization, we aim to nurture a culture where everyone can be a leader and challenge the status quo. Engaging great people who make a difference and doing our homework are two of our core values and this award represents the dedicated work we are doing to help each individual advance their professional development,” shared Stéphane Raymond, Hatch’s regional managing director for Eastern Canada.
We are proud to have been named amongst so many strong companies. We want to give a special congratulations to Services Roy and their team led by President and Chief Executive Officer, Julie Roy, who were our fellow finalists in the “Training and Development of the Workforce” category.
