London, UK—Hatch, a global multidisciplinary business and engineering consultancy, celebrated 30 successful years in the UK with a reception at Canada House, home to the office of the Canadian High Commission in the UK, who cohosted the event.

Nearly 200 people were in attendance, including representatives from the private and public sector, government officials, members of community groups, and stakeholders from across London and the UK, to celebrate this significant milestone in Hatch’s history and our strong collaboration in the UK.

Sarah Fountain Smith, Deputy High Commissioner for Canada to the UK, said: “The fact that Hatch has offices in 150 countries makes them one of Canada’s most international companies and one with whom we have worked closely in global markets for more than 60 years. I’m delighted to celebrate their expansion—it is testament to Hatch’s excellent work, as well as the expanding commercial ties between Canada and the UK.”

“We are celebrating 30 years of success in the UK, but more importantly, are looking ahead to years of future growth and expanded service offerings to our clients in the UK and throughout the world to solve their most challenging issues,” said John Bianchini, Hatch’s chairman and CEO.

Since entering the UK market 30 years ago, Hatch has grown to become a leading provider of business and technical consultancy services to clients in infrastructure, metals, energy, digital, and investments.

Hatch most recently welcomed Regeneris, a leading economic consultancy firm based in London and Manchester, to the Hatch group of companies to strengthen its team of economists and urban planners who have been helping public and private sector bodies tackle their toughest challenges.

Together our UK team is well-positioned to serve both the local market and beyond.
