TMS 2023

Experts from Hatch's Center of Excellence for Aluminium will be among the keynote speakers and presenters at The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) Meeting & Exhibition in San Diego, California, USA, from March 19 to 23, 2023.

TMS 2023 brings together more than 4,000 engineers, scientists, business leaders, and other professionals in the minerals, metals, and materials fields for a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary exchange of technical knowledge.

Keynote speaker André Felipe Schneider will deliver a presentation titled, "Numerical Modeling Tools for the Assessment of High-Amperage DC Busbars", on March 20, 2023, at 9 a.m., written in collaboration with Daniel Richard and Olivier Charette.

Diego Oitaben will deliver "Fundamentals of Pot Ventilation in Aluminium Smelters", on March 23, 2023, at 8:40 a.m., a presentation he co-wrote with Samaneh Poursaman and Stephen Lindsay.

Fangyu Liu will chair the "New Directions in Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy, Recycling and Waste Minimization: An EPD Symposium in Honor of Patrick R. Taylor: Recycling" session on March 23, 2023, at 2 p.m.
