Hatch will be presenting at the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) Toronto Section January 2023 Technical & Networking Event on Thursday, Jan 26, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Moe Roghabadi, of Hatch and Sedat Akkaya, of the Toronto Transit Commission, will be presenting, "A Hybrid Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis Using Earned Value Management and Risk Drivers Methods".
The presentation will include a discussion of a data-driven quantitative scheduling risk analysis model that employs reported schedule performance data to the project in-hand in combination with a set of schedule risk drivers for forecasting project schedule contingency.
