WomenInEngineering

In honor of International Women’s Day Hatch has invited students from the University of Saskatchewan to participate in a Hatch Women in Engineering Panel on March 10, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. CST.

The panel will consist of a group of engineers in different stages of their careers who, will share their experiences in engineering. Discussion will focus on some of the challenges and opportunities they have encountered throughout their careers. Hatch is dedicated to engaging great people who make a difference. Our goal for this panel is to promote, inspire and encourage future women engineers to follow their interests and pursue a career in engineering.

On our road to an inclusive, diverse workforce, we want to attract more women into the engineering profession, especially in engineering fields that are usually seen as “non-traditional” for women.

We have gathered truly amazing panelists, including:

  • Kelsey Schmidt, EIT
  • Ashley Ransom, P.Eng., FEC
  • Laura Twigge-Molecey, P.Eng.
  • Michelle Tomasiewicz, EIT
  • Fabia Delgado

A few other amazing women in engineering will join those mentioned above. We are looking forward to sharing our experiences with the next generation of engineers!
