5th DRI & Mini-mills Conference

Hatch is presenting at the American Metal Market’s DRI & Mini-mills Conference held at Swissotel Chicago in Illinois, USA.

The DRI & Mini-mills Conference provides insight into exciting new developments in the steel industry, including new merchant capacities and potential DRI pellet supply, and an opportunity to learn about what the impact of these developments will be across the supply chain.

Hatch professional Janice Bolen will participate in the panel The forward march of DRI & mini-mills on Tuesday, November 14 at 9:30 am CST. Janice will discuss the small alternative iron unit market in North America, how low-cost natural gas doesn’t necessarily translate into DRI projects, and the opportunity for a Great Lakes region DRI plant.
