What does positive change mean to you?

“For me, taking on challenging situations and working with my team to shift perspective to come up with valuable solutions is positive change. No challenge is too big or too small. With the right minds and a positive mindset anything is possible.”

How are you changing the world?

”Being unconditionally honest is a priority in all my conversations and dealings with clients. It leads to long-term relationships with clients, giving me an edge over competitors. Working closely with diverse global offices and young professionals gives me a chance to mentor the younger generations and learn new digital ways of responding to clients.”

What do you think are the toughest challenges facing your clients?

“These days, clients are going through the toughest financial challenge and uncertain futures. When the team in the India office is involved in the right project delivery, it can give an advantage to our global clients and Hatch offices. The team consists of a small core team and many contractors, depending upon the projects in hand. This operation model results in a very diversely skilled team with varied project experiences.”

What are you most proud of?

“I am proud of the expertise Hatch brings to each project. We operate globally and while physical borders exist between us, this doesn’t not act as a barrier for collaboration. I can tap into a vast network of people from various walks or life to create the best possible solution for our clients which allows me to provide the best support for their most difficult challenges.”

What do you like most about working at Hatch? How do you think the Hatch culture is different from other companies?

“Working at Hatch is like running your own business, there is no one telling what you can or cannot do! We trust our people and give them the freedom to explore opportunities and exercise proper judgement. The supportive culture, diverse workforce, and approachable leadership help to handle any challenging projects and situations. One can easily take the knowledge and learnings of one sector, region, and client to another—bringing greater values to our clients and communities.”
