Hatch Chile works to protect local, vulnerable populations from COVID-19Recently, Hatch donated over 100 influenza vaccines to the Municipality of Cerrillos, a district located in the southern part of Santiago. In this area, large portions of the population are especially vulnerable to the health impacts of COVID-19. While the influenza vaccination does not protect against COVID-19, it does reduce the need for influenza-related hospital visits, and lessens the likelihood of vulnerable people being exposed to both COVID-19 and influenza simultaneously.

Our Santiago office has also donated approximately C$5,000 worth of food items to families who have been impacted the most by the current health crisis. To process the donation, we worked with Desafio Levantemos Chile, a local foundation with a well-established distribution network.
