En tant que partenaire chez Hatch, Mike supervise le travail d’équipes de conception responsables d’un éventail de projets de transformation urbaine et de nouvelles villes en Australie, en Nouvelle-Zélande, aux Émirats arabes unis et en Asie. Mike a assumé les fonctions de planificateur général principal et de concepteur en design urbain pour la nouvelle ville d’Ellenbrook en Australie-Occidentale. Plus récemment, Mike a dirigé la planification générale du Consolidated Land and Rail Australia (CLARA), un dossier commercial stratégique du gouvernement fédéral pour le développement du réseau ferroviaire à grande vitesse CLARA et huit nouvelles villes intelligentes et durables où il fait bon vivre entre Sydney et Melbourne. Mike est membre du Planning Institute of Australia et de l’Australian Institute of Company Directors.
