PMI Webinar: Gahcho Kué Project
How a Canadian Project Recognized for Excellence Freezes Challenges for Icy Results
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
The Gahcho Kué Project created the largest new diamond mine constructed in the world since 2003. In one of the world’s harshest climates, the project was successfully completed two months ahead of schedule. This project achieved its goals even with several chilling challenges. The Gahcho Kué project was awarded Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project of the Year Award 2016 (Regional Winner) and was a finalist for the 2017 PMI International Project of the Year Award.
Learn about this award-winning project’s challenges, best practices, and lessons learned in the webinar “How a Canadian Project Recognized for Excellence Freezes Challenges for Icy Results” on March 28 at 12:00 pm EDT.
