Ian Cameron, our principle metallurgist of ferrous materials, will be participating in the Global Sustainability Panel at 11:40 am ET on Wednesday October 28. The panel will discuss efforts to reduce carbon emissions in the decades ahead, including new technologies and methodologies to reduce carbon footprints; managing local government climate policies in a global industry; and the economic impact of carbon initiatives. The panel will be moderated by Edwin Basson, director general of the World Steel Association.
